- This is where my knitting adventures started; I had alot of spare time on my hands on a wild winter spent in Cornwall and Devon. Alot of the patches tell a story and evoke a memory, sitting on a National Express coach on the way to York, drinking sherry in a Cornish cottage, on the train to Waterloo, Christmas in Hampton Court.
